The employer dashboard is planned: it will show HR and People teams aggregate engagement data only — never individual conversations or matches.
Individual conversations, personality profiles, and match details are never shared with management; aggregate employer reporting is planned. Encryption: TLS 1.2+ in transit; encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers under their own attestations. SOC 2-aligned controls (certification planned), verified account deletion, and data export on request.
