Effective: June 15, 2026
To operate the Kenektic website and application (the “Service”), we rely on a small set of trusted third-party service providers, called “subprocessors,” that process personal data on our behalf. The list below identifies each subprocessor, what it does, and the categories of data it processes. We engage subprocessors only to provide and improve the Service — never to sell your data.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Primary region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anthropic, PBC | AI model inference — powers kAI conversations, content extraction, summaries, and verification face-matching. | Account & profile data, conversation content, and (where used) verification images. | United States |
| Voyage AI, Inc. | Text embeddings used for memory, matching, and semantic search. | Text excerpts from profiles, conversations, and content. | United States |
| Supabase, Inc. | Managed database, authentication, and file storage — our primary system of record. | Account, profile, conversation, message, memory, and match data. | United States |
| Vercel, Inc. | Application hosting, content delivery, and request/log infrastructure. | Data transiting requests, responses, and operational logs. | United States |
| Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) | Error monitoring and performance diagnostics. | Diagnostic data such as error traces and request metadata. | United States |
| Upstash, Inc. | Rate limiting and ephemeral counters that protect the Service. | IP addresses and account identifiers used as rate-limit keys. | United States |
| Resend, Inc. | Transactional email delivery (notifications, contact, and account email). | Recipient email and name; content included in the email. | United States |
| Veriff OÜ | Age and identity verification at signup. | Government ID, selfie image, and date of birth. | Estonia (EU) |
| Yoti Ltd | Age estimation and identity verification at signup. | Facial age-estimation image and date of birth. | United Kingdom |
We are establishing data processing agreements (DPAs) with each subprocessor that govern how they may handle personal data. Our health-plan offering, which would involve protected health information (PHI), is in development and not yet available for onboarding; before any PHI is processed for that vertical, we will execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with the applicable subprocessors.
The “primary region” above reflects each provider’s principal operating location. Some providers may process or store data in other regions in accordance with their own terms; where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards described in each provider’s data processing terms.
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
Questions about our subprocessors or data processing can be sent to privacy@kenektic.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
